Firm (Open) Consultancy Notice

This opportunity is managed as Firm (Open). Firms first respond to an open EOI, shortlisted firms move into the RFP cycle, then the procurement proceeds through technical evaluation, financial opening, combined TER and financial scoring, AU committee approvals, negotiation, and award.

The final recommendation proceeds through three committee approval rounds, contract vetting, intention of award, contract signing, and purchase order readiness before the process is considered complete.
